Privacy Policy
Effective August 20, 2026
Prism Lines is playable without creating a Kyndlo account. This policy explains the information processed by the app and by the Apple and Google services it uses.
Information stored on your device
Prism Lines stores game progress, settings, earned rewards, and purchase entitlement status locally so you can continue where you left off. Kyndlo LLC does not operate a server that receives or stores this gameplay information. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to device backups you control.
Equipped cosmetic preferences may sync through Apple's iCloud key-value storage when iCloud is enabled. Apple processes this information under Apple's privacy policy and your Apple Account settings.
Game Center and purchases
If you use Game Center, Prism Lines uses Apple's GameKit service to authenticate your Game Center player, submit scores and achievements, display leaderboards, and support friend invitations and challenges. Apple processes Game Center information under Apple's privacy policy and your Apple Account and Game Center settings. Kyndlo LLC does not maintain a separate copy of your Game Center profile or activity.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Prism Lines checks Apple's purchase records to provide and restore purchased features. Kyndlo LLC does not receive your payment-card or banking information.
Optional rewarded advertising
Free players may voluntarily watch a rewarded advertisement supplied by Google AdMob to receive additional moves. Prism Lines also uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and store applicable privacy choices before requesting ads. Buying an ad-free entitlement disables rewarded advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- device identifiers, including advertising or app/developer-bounded identifiers when permitted;
- advertising data, including advertisements shown;
- product interactions, including app launches, taps, and video views; and
- crash logs, performance information, and other diagnostic data.
Google may use this information to deliver and measure advertisements, provide analytics, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve its advertising services. The ads available to a player depend on their location, device privacy settings, and choices made in the consent form. Prism Lines does not sell personal information.

Your choices
Where required, Prism Lines presents Google's consent form before requesting advertisements. The form provides choices to consent, decline, or manage available options. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, it is available from the app so the choice can be reviewed or withdrawn later. You can also avoid rewarded advertising by not choosing to watch an advertisement or by purchasing an ad-free entitlement.
You can manage Game Center and iCloud through Apple device settings. Local Prism Lines data can be removed by deleting the app. Data processed by Apple or Google is subject to the access, retention, and deletion controls provided by those companies.
Children
Prism Lines does not knowingly request names, email addresses, precise location, or other contact information from children. Advertising is requested only after applicable privacy choices permit it. Parents and guardians can use iOS parental controls and purchase restrictions to manage access.
Data retention and security
Kyndlo LLC does not retain gameplay, advertising, Game Center, or payment data on a Kyndlo-operated server. Local data remains until it is deleted through the app, removed with the app, or retained in a device backup controlled by the user. Apple and Google determine retention and security for information they process under their respective policies.
Changes
If Prism Lines' data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before those changes are released.
